Your page is plain HTML
When you publish, Carya turns your blocks into a static page of HTML and CSS. Nothing has to start up before your visitors can read it.

In the Editor, a page is a stack of typed blocks: a heading, a photo, a price, a button. Press Publish and Carya renders those blocks into a static page and puts it live at your address.
The Editor stays behind
The Editor needs a lot of code to let you drag, type and undo. Your visitors need none of it to read your menu, so none of it goes to them. A gallery carousel, a countdown or a form loads a small script, and only on pages that use one.
What your visitors get
- Less to download, so the page appears sooner on a slow connection.
- Fewer moving parts between you and the person reading.
- The page you published, as you published it.
Why there's no custom code
Those small scripts are written and kept up by Carya. Nobody can add their own code to a page, and every page is served with a strict content security policy, which limits what any page can do to the people reading it.
