How payouts work
Buyers pay you directly. We never touch your money, so there is nothing for Carya to pay out.
Where the money goes
A payment on your page goes to the account behind your HitPay connection, your QR code or checkout link, or however you and your buyer agree on WhatsApp. Carya doesn’t process it and never holds it.
Fees
Carya takes a fee only on sales made through Carya checkout, the Buy buttons on your page. The fee depends on your plan, and on a team’s page it is the page owner’s plan.
| How the buyer pays | Carya’s fee |
|---|---|
| Buy button, page on Free | 10% of the sale |
| Buy button, page on Plus, Pro or Teams | 0% |
| WhatsApp, QR code or checkout link | 0% on every plan |
HitPay takes Carya’s share as the buyer pays, so what reaches your account is the sale minus that fee. HitPay, your bank or your e-wallet may charge their own fees too.
Refunds
Refunds are between you and your buyer. Make them the same way the buyer paid. When HitPay tells Carya about a refund on a Carya checkout sale, Sales marks the order Refunded, with the amount. Carya keeps its fee on a sale you refund.
Sales in the Editor
Sales and the sales figures in Insights count payments made through Carya checkout. Payments by QR code, checkout link or WhatsApp don’t show up there. Sales lists each order as Paid, Pending, Failed or Refunded, with this month’s total and Carya’s fees, and Export saves the list as a CSV file.
