Emails from Carya
Carya emails you when something needs you. Sales and messages come together in one evening email, unless you’d rather get each as it comes. You can turn off log-in alerts and message emails, and turn on a weekly Insights email. The rest always come.
Sales and messages
Today on your pages comes between 8 and 9 in the evening, on your page’s clock, on days your pages had sales, messages or UPI payments to confirm. One email covers them all: what sold and what was paid, who wrote, and which buyers have waited a day for you to confirm their payment. Sales go to the people on a page who can see them, its owners and admins; messages to the people who can read them, its owners, admins and editors.
A page’s first sale comes at once, in an email of its own, to everyone on the page who can see its sales. So does a buyer’s UPI payment to confirm, since they’re waiting on you.
To get each sale and message as it comes instead, switch off Today on your pages in Settings › Emails. Then up to five sale emails go in ten minutes, and sales after that come together in one email; message emails go every five minutes at most, with the messages in between together in the next. Sale emails are close to receipts, so they can’t be turned off; message emails can.
An email shows the visitor’s name and message, never the email address or phone number they left: those are in Messages. A message you move to Spam before its email goes isn’t shown in it. Every one of these emails comes from notifications@carya.page and links to the page’s Sales or Messages.

Turn an email on or off
- Open Settings and go to Emails.
- Switch off Log-in alerts or Message emails, switch on Weekly Insights, or switch off Today on your pages to get each sale and message as it comes.
Each of those emails also has a link at its foot that turns it off. Turning message emails off doesn’t stop messages: they still arrive in Messages. The plan reminder always comes, so a plan’s end never unpublishes your pages unnoticed.
